Patrick Flynn, Executive Chairman, is an entrepreneur with more than 25 years of senior executive experience. Mr. Flynn has provided leadership to numerous successful organizations and has served in a variety of roles, including CEO, COO, and CFO.
Before joining Predilytics, Mr. Flynn contributed his expertise to Health Dialog, where he helped build the business from an early-stage healthcare services organization to one of the world’s leading providers of healthcare analytics, healthcare services and decision support. Prior to this role, Flynn was a co-founder of Symmetrix, a management consulting firm specializing in healthcare and financial services. There he served as Chief Financial Officer, Chief Operating Officer, and Chief Executive. Mr. Flynn began his career with Bank of America where he held several positions over the course of 15 years, including Vice President of World Banking and Vice President of Risk Management.
Mr. Flynn earned his degree in Finance from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
Chris Coloian, President and CEO, is a seasoned executive with more than twenty years of healthcare experience. He has led the growth and development of new businesses thanks to his expertise in strategy, executive management, operations and product development for insurance, provider and healthcare services companies. Prior to launching Predilytics, he was a member of the leadership teams of Health Dialog, Cigna Healthcare and Matria Healthcare (now Alere Health).
Mr. Coloian is the Chair of the Care Continuum Alliance Board of Directors, the leading population health management industry group representing over 225 care management company members.
Mr. Coloian graduated from Ohio State University in 1990 with a Master’s in Health Administration and received his Bachelor’s degree in Zoology from Miami University in 1988. Mr. Coloian currently serves on the advisory boards of Jefferson University Public Health Program and is an Editor for the Population Health Management Journal.
Doug Newell, Chief Technology Officer, is an entrepreneur with over 33 years of experience leading major analytic and systems integration efforts. Mr. Newell has been recognized as an innovator in the world of analytics and a pioneer in the application of machine learning technologies and imbedded analytics.
In 1998, Mr. Newell founded Genalytics, Inc., (now Semcasting) a developer of automated analytic software. The company’s genetic algorithm-based software has been licensed by major financial services organizations nationwide. Prior to founding Genalytics, Mr. Newell was a Founder and Vice President of Quantitative Solutions and Management Consulting for Tessera Enterprise Systems, a systems integration service provider.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Newell served as a Vice President of Analytics and Consulting for Epsilon Data Management/American Express. While there, he established the Epsilon Analytic Consulting Group, which became one of the direct marketing industry’s largest and most capable analytic teams.
Mr. Newell earned a Bachelor’s in Economics from Washington and Lee University, and an MBA from the College of William and Mary.
Dr. Hariharan Sundram, Chief Medical Officer, has contributed his expertise to medical device and drug companies for more than a decade. He has been awarded eight patents and has multiple patents pending. These include two medical devices that were sold for greater than 5X return. Soon after the sale of these devices, Dr. Sundram founded H2Novations, a venture initiator specializing in developing companies in the device, software and services spaces within the healthcare sector. H2Novations has successfully launched four companies that have raised a collective $18 million and has attracted some of the biggest names in healthcare.
Dr. Sundram completed his anesthesiology residency at University of Pennsylvania in 2006. He has published more than 10 papers in both basic science and clinical medicine.
Molly Doyle, Vice President Product Management and Marketing, has over 20 years of general management experience in the healthcare industry including management consulting, strategic planning, product development, program management and public/private partnerships with CMS. Most recently she was Vice President for Product Management at Health Dialog where she was responsible for the Government Sector and Wellness/Total Population Health offerings. Prior to Health Dialog, Ms. Doyle held positions with Matrix Medical Network, Fitlinxx, Pfizer Health Solutions, Ernst & Young's healthcare consulting practice and Memorial Sloan Ketterling.
Ms. Doyle earned her M.B.A. from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and her Bachelor's degree from Bucknell University.
Carla Galisin, Vice President of Client Relations, is a business professional with over 20 years of client engagement management, sales and consulting experience. Prior to joining Predilytics, Ms. Galisin was the Vice President of Client Performance International at Health Dialog, a healthcare analytics and care management firm. There she was responsible for delivery on all aspects of client-specific goals as well as strategic objectives and program performance. Ms. Galisin’s consulting experience includes managing healthcare strategy engagements with Assabet Ventures and large-scale IT system implementations at Deloitte for Health and Human Services programs. Her experience also encompasses global economic and business development, sales management, fundraising, process design and training development.
Ms. Galisin holds an MBA from Boston University, Bachelor’s degrees in Business and Psychology from the University of Pittsburgh and a certificate in International Business from the University of Copenhagen, Denmark.
Kevin Macllvane, Senior Vice President of Operations, is an entrepreneur and senior executive with 30 plus years of experience within the operational aspects of business. He has provided leadership to numerous successful organizations and served in a variety of roles, including Chairman, CEO, COO, EVP and SVP, as well as management and supervisory roles within the technical and operational areas of business. Each business that Mr. MacIlvane has lead and participated in has been both successful with growth, and returned significant value to its shareholders. Prior to joining Predilytics, Mr. MacIlvane completed a 1 year relationship as Executive Vice President and General Manager for SCIO Health Analytics. Prior to SCIO, Kevin completed a 6 year journey as a Senior Vice President for Health Dialog where he architected and led the Global Analytics and Operations team. Prior to Health Dialog, Kevin was COO of Energie Lighting, was the Commissioner, President and CEO of the New England Collegiate Baseball League, and has held several executive leadership positions within the commercial architectural lighting industry.
Mr. MacIlvane attended Clark University.
Todd Murphy, Vice President Finance and Administration, is a financial executive with twenty years of leadership at private equity backed and publicly traded organizations. Todd is experienced building financial functions and capabilities to support strategic objectives and growth, raising of capital and merger and acquisitions. Prior to joining Predilytics, Todd was the Vice President Finance at Health Dialog and previously held management positions at Textron Inc. and ADE Corporation. Todd is a Certified Public Accountant and served in the technology practice at Price Waterhouse.
Mr. Murphy received a BA from Bates College and a MS in Accounting from the University of Rhode Island.
William Panak, Ph.D., Vice President of Analytics Development, has over 25 years of consulting, risk management, regulatory engagement, personnel management and hands-on analytics experience in business, academia, and public policy. Prior to joining Predilytics, Dr. Panak built numerous analytics teams, data infrastructures, and decision systems for established and emerging businesses at Capital One Financial Services. Dr. Panak’s entrepreneurial activities include Board of Director and leadership roles with financial service, data innovation, and health care social media start-ups. Dr. Panak also held faculty positions at Iowa State University and University of Northern Iowa, where he conducted research on applying advanced statistical methods in the domains of mental health, behavior change, and health care economics.
Dr. Panak holds a Ph.D. in Psychology from Vanderbilt University with a concentration in research methods and statistics; he completed his clinical internship at Indiana University Medical Center with a focus on chronic inpatient care of children and adolescents.
Eric Reeves, Vice President of Sales, has more than twenty years of experience in strategic sales, business development, finance and healthcare. Prior to joining Predilytics, he served as Vice President of Sales for Verisk Health, which specializes in providing performance development solutions to healthcare organizations. While at Verisk, Mr. Reeves led the division of his company in sales and was responsible for delivery on all client-specific strategic objectives. Mr. Reeves’s career includes experience in managing unique aspects of healthcare sales, business development strategies, training and new product development.
Mr. Reeves received his Bachelor’s degree in Business and Finance from North Central College in 1991.
